"NURTURING MIND, ROOTED IN SANSKAR"
For the Parents
Dear Parents,
At Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya, we believe that a child’s success comes from the strong partnership between parents and teachers. We kindly request parents to support the school by encouraging regular attendance, maintaining discipline, and guiding children to follow the values taught at school. Please ensure that your child comes to school in proper uniform, completes homework on time, and respects teachers and fellow students. Your cooperation and involvement play a vital role in shaping your child’s future. Together, let us work towards building confident, responsible, and well-educated individuals.

Safety First
-
Parents must ensure that children reach school on time and are picked up promptly after school hours.
-
For safety reasons, no child will be handed over to an unknown person. If someone else is coming to pick up the child, parents must inform the school in advance.
-
Parents must ensure that children do not bring valuable items, money, or electronic gadgets to school unless permitted.
-
In case of absence, parents must inform the school beforehand or send a leave note.
-
Parents should update the school immediately if there is any change in contact number, address, or emergency details.
-
Children must be dropped and picked up only at the designated school gate for security purposes.
-
Parents should follow all traffic and parking rules near the school premises to avoid congestion and ensure student safety.
-
Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours without prior permission from the school office.
-
In case of medical conditions or allergies, parents must inform the school in writing.
-
Parents must cooperate with the school authorities and follow all safety guidelines issued by the school from time to time.
At Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya, the safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We request all parents to cooperate and support us in maintaining a safe and disciplined environment for our students.

Arriving at School
Students are expected to arrive at Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya on time and be present before the morning assembly begins. Punctuality is an important part of discipline, and late arrivals may disrupt the learning environment. Students should enter the school premises in proper uniform, maintain orderly behavior, and proceed directly to their respective classrooms or assembly area. Regular and timely attendance helps students develop responsibility and respect for school rules.

Uniform
Students of Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya are expected to wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride. The uniform represents the discipline, unity, and identity of the school. Students must ensure that their uniform is clean, well-ironed, and worn properly every day. Proper shoes, socks, and grooming are also required to maintain a neat appearance. On designated days, students must wear the approved sports uniform for physical activities. Wearing the correct uniform helps promote equality, discipline, and a sense of belonging among all students.

Holidays & Absence
Students of Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya will be granted holidays as per the school’s official academic calendar, which includes national holidays, festival holidays, and vacation periods such as summer and winter breaks. Parents are requested to follow the holiday schedule strictly and plan travel accordingly. In case a student needs to be absent from school due to illness or any unavoidable reason, a leave application from the parent or guardian must be submitted. If the absence is due to medical reasons, a medical certificate may be required. Regular attendance is important for academic progress, and unnecessary absence from school is strongly discouraged.

Parents Supporting School Discipline
At Baal Gurukulavasa Vidyalaya, we follow the principles of Shankar (Gurukul) discipline, which emphasize respect, humility, responsibility, and good behavior. We kindly request parents to support the school by teaching and encouraging these values at home as well. When parents guide their children to respect teachers, follow rules, speak politely, and maintain discipline in daily life, it helps strengthen the character and moral foundation of the child. Together, with the support of both school and parents, students can grow into responsible, respectful, and well-disciplined individuals.
